Carlit Card game of eleven

How is the penalty kick played? The cards are well shuffled and evenly distributed among the players. A quarter of the cards are not dealt and remain face down on the table as heaps. Whoever owns the red elf begins; he places it in the middle of the table. If the red eleven is not among the cards dealt, the player who has a different coloured eleven begins; the order is blue, yellow, green. If the first eleven is on the table, the player seated to the right of the player to play is the twelve or ten of the same colour. If he does not have any of these cards, but has a different coloured eleven, he may place it next to the eleven already in place. If he does not have an Eleven, he must draw one card from the face-down heap; he may draw no more than twice. Then it's the turn of the next player and so on. Only cards of the same suit may be played in the following order: up 12 to 20, down 10 to 1. If you have more than one matching card in a row, you may play all of them, but only in one suit. Then it's the next man's turn. The first player to discard his cards wins the round. The other players add up the values of their non-deposited cards and the administrator writes them down. A permitted trick: blocking, i.e. withholding a card, is permitted as long as it is your turn to create another card.
