The loading crane is equipped with a wood grapple that can be locked in the open position. When a log needs to be grabbed, the grapple is lowered onto it, and upon central contact, the grapple closes automatically. Other highlights include extendable and retractable crane supports, as well as chains on the loading platform for securing the load. Of course, the side rails can also be folded down for lateral loading of the wood. The truck can be unloaded from the rear by tilting the loading platform.
