The Bresser Junior Student Microscope offers an excellent introduction to microscopy with its extensive accessories. A unique feature of this model is the Barlow zoom system in the eyepiece: with a retractable additional lens, magnification can be adjusted continuously up to 2x during visual observation, allowing for magnifications ranging from 40x to 1600x when combined with 3 objectives and 2 interchangeable wide-field eyepieces. The Bresser Junior Student Microscope is equipped with an adjustable LED for both transmitted and reflected light, including a filter disk with color filters and apertures, ensuring optimal lighting at all times. The additional reflected light illumination allows for the observation of non-transparent objects, such as leaves, small insects, and much more. This makes it particularly easy to get started with microscopy. The power supply is provided by batteries (three AA type), enabling microscopy even without a nearby power outlet. The accessories include permanent slides as well as 5 blank slides and cover slips for creating your own specimens.
