Unlike other toy handcuffs, these are made of metal rather than plastic and can be individually adjusted to fit the wrists of the miscreant. The lock is functional and not just a prop. Two keys are included in case one gets lost in the heat of the moment. If no key is available, the wrongdoer doesn't have to remain in handcuffs forever: a small safety lever next to the lock ensures immediate release.
