The general prerequisite is that the conflicting parties want to resolve the conflict. They sit together on the conflict ladder, guided by the teacher. A game piece is assigned to each conflict party. During the process, the teacher's game piece is positioned at the top of the rainbow, while the two pieces of the involved conflict parties gradually move up towards the rainbow, where the conflict is then resolved and set aside.

A useful tool for everyday life, which hopefully does not need to be used "every day."
