In The Infinity Gauntlet: A Love Letter Game, one player takes on the role of the mad Titan Thanos, who is trying to collect the 6 Infinity Stones and use them to gain absolute power. Meanwhile, 1 to 5 other players gather their heroes to fight Thanos, thwart his plans, and save the universe. Players play cards featuring heroes, villains, and the Infinity Stones, battling for the fate of the universe. There are 2 teams: Thanos is one team consisting of a single player, while all other players form the opposing team. The game ends when one of the teams has no lives left or when Thanos has collected all 6 Infinity Stones and snaps his fingers. The gameplay is essentially like the classic Love Letter. On their turn, each player draws a card, plays a card, and applies its effect. However, in this case, the decks are divided by teams, and Thanos always draws two cards. Some cards you play allow you to fight against an opponent and attempt to defeat one of their cards. If one of your cards is defeated, your team loses 1 life, bringing it closer to one of the possible game outcomes. Unlike the original Love Letter, no player is ever eliminated from the round in this game. It's a great game adapted to a fantastic brand. Fast-paced and dynamic, with strong interaction among players.
