Would it be possible to separate the meters if two dwellings in the building use this terminal? Does this terminal use an RFID card?

Yes, the column can be used with an RFID. You can configure your own RFID chips for this device and thus also control who can "charge" at all. (all via the Easee app) I don't share the device with anyone yet, but it is possible and so it should also be possible to disconnect the meter or to be able to trace it back to the respective user.
