Question about technocraft LED rechargeable headlamp FOLD

Why is it not possible to start the spotlight directly after it has been packed up for a few hours? I first have to plug the spotlight in briefly (charge it) for about 1 minute (first the first red light flashes, then the second red light comes on and then everything is green. Now I can use the headlight normally. The A-Sch. is NEW. not yet 2 hours of operation.
