Question about Bosch Professional Gss 23ae
Why does the part only have a 2-year warranty? Why is there an attempt to make additional years palatable to the customer for a fee? According to the manufacturer, the BLUE series has a 5-year warranty. Is it a grey/re-import? Does it have a CH plug suitable for our sockets? Or is it an EU import, from a distant country, and is still overpriced here in CH?
We can only offer the statutory 24-month warranty, as the appliance must be registered on the Bosch homepage for a warranty upgrade to 5 years. This can be done after purchase here: https://webapp.bosch.de/warranty... .
