What is the capacity of the battery? We checked the device in our luggage and it was classified as dangerous goods by Zurich airport because of the battery and was removed (IATA 2.3a replacement battery)...
The manufacturer does not write anything about this. But since the battery is roughly enough to inflate 4 car tyres, the battery should not have too much capacity. A way out: take it with you in your hand luggage.
