Generally the Tesla Model 3 can be charged at any Type 2 (AC) or CCS (DC) charging station.
Apps such as ChargeMap will help you find a charging station nearby.

The difference is that type 2 charging stations only support slow charging (up to 11 kW which translates to charging 0-100% in about 5-6 hours for the standard range battery size) whereas the CCS charging stations support charging speeds over 100 kW. The new Tesla V3 Supercharger which uses the CCS standard supports speeds up to 250 kW allowing for a charge from 0-80% in ~25 minutes.

Tesla Superchargers are one of the easiest and quickest options to charge the car. The cost will be charged onto the credit card which is tied to the Tesla account of the car. AFAIK in Switzerland the supercharging cost is CHF 0.30 per kWh which amounts to about CHF 18.- for a full charge of the Tesla Model 3 Standard Range.

Of course any electric car can be charged anywhere where there is electricity but depending on the amount of power, the charging time may vary. The adapters for the regular swiss T13 outlet and the german Schuko plug are delivered with the Tesla, for any other sort of plug, there are tools such as the Juice Booster 2 (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s4/product/juice-technology-juice-booster-2-master-traveller-set-t13-cee-77-typ-2-typ-g-typ-l-cee16-blau-cee16--8989760)

You can also charge at any normal socket. In more than 9 out of 10 cases, this is enough to charge the car to 100% in the morning. However, it would be advantageous to have a separate fuse for this socket (for safety reasons). Otherwise, use the TESLA infrastructure.
