The INSKAM app in the AppStore has very poor ratings for iPhone iOS software in terms of connection to mobile phones. What do I do if I can't connect the camera to my mobile? Is a return no problem?
Or could the camera be connected to the PC/laptop by cable or does everything only work via Wi-Fi?

The connection (under iOS) usually worked. If not, then switch the camera off and on, then it worked again. However, I've only used the camera a few times, so I can't say whether there are any long-term connection problems.
