The description says not authorised for road use. Is that true? I mean inside it doesn't matter what changes you make, the lighting could also be standard?
I have these in my car myself and it's not a problem. I called the Bern Road Traffic Office about this (and the starry sky) and asked about it. It simply must not distract you or other drivers (the interior must not be too brightly lit). Driving at night with red lights is ideal. Greetings
The lighting should not distract or interfere with road traffic, I have not found any regulations on how lighting should be installed in the interior. Mounted in the footwell, the light is hardly distracting even when fully switched on.
