Is this screwdriver suitable for changing tyres on an average car, standard tightening torque 120 Nm?

I also use this impact wrench for changing wheels. On our car, the tightening torque is 130 Nm and loosening is no problem and goes very quickly. I only tighten the screws briefly with the impact spanner and then use a torque spanner to tighten the screws to the nominal torque.
