Question about Keter Jolly

Since it is made of plastic, the cabinet is moisture-resistant but hardly waterproof. In addition, it is rather light and unstable - so not suitable for storm situations. Preferably suitable for the cellar. Price/performance is ok - but not a quality product.
P.S. Two people are needed to assemble it.
