Is there also a voltage transformer integrated?
I'm travelling to Mexico and the net always says that you need a voltage transformer. Does anyone else have information or a suitable product?
No, this adapter does not have a built-in voltage converter. There is no place for one in a travel adapter.
But do you need one at all?
The power outlets in: Europe 230V 50Hz Mexico 110V 60Hz
On every electrical appliance there must be an indication somewhere of the voltage and frequency with which the appliance can be operated. Some appliances are only designed for 230V 50Hz and would therefore not work in Mexico. However, there are many devices that can be operated with 100-240V 50/60Hz. Power supplies for smartphones, tablets, notebooks, etc. can often do this.
Maybe you should have a look at each device you want to take with you in detail and see what voltages and frequencies they need.
