Helpful answer
At the plug. https://www.youtube.com/watch

If you bought the device with an unsuitable plug from Digitec, see below.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively, if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

Hello, the fixed adapter is plugged onto a CH type 12 plug. This connection is unique and fixed. For further details on the product, please visit the manufacturer's website at https://katalog.maxhauri.ch/de.... Best regards from the MAX HAURI team.

Thank you for the quick feedback - I have a mirror cabinet with a German socket - and therefore need an adapter for the socket so that I can plug in the devices with a 3-pin Swiss plug.
