Question about Frameless Number frame

Is it possible to have a kit with a wide front license plate base? Context: the car front bumper has holes from the previous big EU license plate holder. The idea is to cover the holes with a large "base" (the same as the one used for back license plate), and attach the usual small front Swiss license plate on top.
