In what temperature range does this detector work? Is it suitable for use in a tent mot tent stove?

According to the technical data in the operating instructions, from - 10 to 40 degrees C.
The storage temperature is indicated as - 10 to 50 degrees C. Unfortunately, I cannot answer the second question.
