I bought this device exactly one month ago and was disappointed that it didn't come with 2x ProCore batteries as shown in the photo. Is there a way to get/exchange them after all? It's a deceptive package when you hear here that it is supposed to have ProCore batteries, these are also pictured and then you get normal 18V batteries.

ProCore batteries are certainly included here. We assume that you bought this offer, this one has different batteries
