Question about EcoFlow Delta 2 Extra Battery

I am sorry that this product is currently not available. My extra battery was still delivered on time - by mistake even 2 times. Now I have been trying to return the erroneously delivered battery for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, Digitec only replies to every email saying that they are clarifying internally how this could have happened...
