The operation works WITHOUT the Bluetooth module directly on the machine.
However, to be able to set individual angles (in single degree increments), you must equip the drill with the Bluetooth module (if not already supplied in the set). The angle operation is then carried out via the Bosch app and can also be saved on the one button on the machine so that it can be accessed without the app.
What I found amazing about the angle control is that it doesn't just work in the vertical axis!
This means that if you set up the machine vertically (90 degrees), the angle control works in the X axis as well as in the Y axis!
The machine is great.
In the package with ONLY the machine (no battery set), the Bluetooth module is NOT included and must be purchased separately, and then fed with a CR2032 button cell battery.
