Hi. I bought the adapter for guests from the UK, but unfortunately the required input slot here is closed off by white plastic and red plastic. Does this have to be removed beforehand? If so how? Unfortunately the description does not show the adapter from this side. Many thanks

Hello, I didn't have to remove anything. The red plastic in the holes can stay in. Just plug in the connector normally - it should fit in without any problems. :)
