Question about Max Hauri T12/Schuko Fix-Adapter
Hello, After ordering the Signstek Portable from you, I asked if an adapter was available and you recommended the product 135800 "Max Hauri T12/Schuko". I ordered another adapter, item 135801 which is apparently the same as the 135800 but in white and a little cheaper. Unfortunately, this adapter does not work with the Signstek Portable (I'm not going to return it to you because of the price). The dimensions are the same, so I doubt it a bit. Thank you in advance for your information.
Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the device is delivered with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is firmly connected, a suitable adapter must be provided.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, please contact customer service and ask for a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
