I have a question about the amplifier and subwoofer. I received the radio today, but the remote cable does not give a signal to the amplifier. Is there another way to activate the amplifier or do I have to work with an adapter somewhere?

I couldn't find any useful information online or in the manual.

This depends somewhat on the car, its electronic connections and the subwoofer. Since we do not have access to vehicle data, it is best to contact Kenwood directly. According to the instruction manual, you must activate the amplifier via the unit. It is best to check this setting. If this has already been done, we regret that we cannot tell you more.
