Question about TP-Link Tapo P115 (1-pack)

Hello, perhaps one of you can help me. I would like to switch the TP WLAN Mesh system off and on. However, this only works with the programmed switching function with Smart plugs like the TP Link 115 or the Hombli smart. Once it is switched off, it is not possible to switch it on again manually because then the WLAN is also gone? or not? Thanks a lot
