The Navitel G590 Moto allows you to connect the device to your PC using a USB cable and manage it via the Navitel Navigator Update Center software. However, unlike TomTom's software, there is no direct, simple route planning and transfer feature described for Navitel G590 Moto where you plan a route on PC and then just transfer it to the device for navigation. The device supports map and software updates through the PC software, but specific route planning on PC and transferring routes to the device is not explicitly mentioned in the available information.

If you want to plan routes on a computer and transfer them to a GPS device, typically this requires the ability to export/import GPX files or a dedicated route planning software compatible with the device. There is no clear indication that Navitel G590 Moto supports this workflow natively. For detailed route planning, you might need to use the device itself or check if Navitel offers any additional software tools for route planning and transfer beyond the update centre.

In summary, the Navitel G590 Moto does not appear to have a straightforward PC-to-device route planning and transfer feature like TomTom's software. You can update maps and software via PC but planning and transferring routes is not clearly supported in the same way.
