Hello How does the door open if the Nuki smart Lock 2.0 device runs out of battery while I am away?
You must have your key. However, your phone app will warn you well in advance when the batteries are low. I highly recommend you have 2 sets of the suggested Panasonic eneloop pro rechargeable.
