Question about TomTom Ventilation slot holder GO for Go520/Go5200
Hello everyone I have a "TomTom Go Discover" navigation device and bought the original mount with suction cup for the windscreen. Unfortunately, two of these mounts have already broken because the suction cup could no longer be detached from the windscreen, I tore at it and it then broke off. I'm just wondering whether this holder would be better suited for the ventilation? At least nothing can break off. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Depends on the car. I have now disposed of the Tomtom. It's too heavy to stay permanently attached to the air vent. I have tried a few mounts and disposed of them.
Mobile with Goggle Maps.... Depending on the age of the car, this works almost automatically.
I also use the TOMTOM app on my mobile, which also works. Only Google is more up-to-date with the traffic jam reports. That's my impression.
Google then knows where I'm going, which I accept.
The holder is ideal for me. It holds very well on the ventilation system, is easy to remove and is stable while driving.
