Question about TP-Link Tapo P115 (1-pack)

Hello Digitec It's just lousy that the description doesn't say that the plug is a Schuko plug. Not even a CH adapter is included. I think it's a bloody mess. There is also no real customer service where you could call. And you can't select when returning the product that it's not defective but doesn't have a CH adapter. You can deliberately never see the plug completely in the photos. Selling such goods in Switzerland is simply stupid. Which executive board does this, Migros or yours? I'll probably have to buy a Schuko power strip. The devil is in the detail and the managers know that. If you really want Digitec to continue to make good sales, then describe the products in detail so that you don't always have to ask customers via questions in the Community. So now it's out, make something of it, train your staff better! Mfg Robertange
