How is that possible via a socket? In Switzerland we usually have 3 phases and the household consumption can certainly not be measured at a socket, something has to be set up in the meter cabinet or distributor.
What kind of device is the "Shell EM WiFi Energy Meter"? Where is it connected? A link to it would not be bad.
The Shelly Plug Plus S can only measure the consumption of the connected device. For the consumption of the whole apartment/house you need the Shelly EM3. You can connect your PV/balcony power plant to the Shelly Plus Plug and see how much electricity it produces. With both devices in combination you can evaluate how much electricity is produced, how much the flat needs and the surplus that flows into the grid.
