No, you cannot dim the light via the Hombli sockets, but you can control many things automatically, e.g. disconnect devices from the power supply (except for the OLED TV or the router if it does not restart automatically when it receives power). But dimming is not possible.

However, the Hombli can also measure the power consumption of connected devices very precisely and display this as monthly consumption in the app (for each socket individually).
