Hello all! Unfortunately, my ASI500 does not work when connected to the power adapter (220V) - does anyone know if this is normal and this part is really only designed for battery operation or 12V connection?

The problem might be the battery. At 12 V, it can function directly as a compressor. At 220V, it can only do so via the battery (for whatever reason). The lead battery was defective in my case, so it could no longer be charged.
After I replaced it manually, everything works again.
