We are very sorry that you had that bad of an experience. The main problem here is, that the involved third party dealer went bankrupt. In this situation, the brand directly gets responsible. All offers from the bankrupt third party dealer were taken off and are no longer available. With EcoFlow products that are bought directly from us, the service is fully coordinated and handled by us in cooperation with corresponding service centres. In general, this problem should also not count for other third party dealers. This is a very rare & unfortunate situation.
