Question about Black & Decker Compressor

Can this compressor also be used for blowing out electrical/electronic equipment such as computers/laptops/etc.? Keyword: oil-free - like the B&D CUBO?

No, the compressor does not have a compressed air tank and therefore cannot let the air escape "shock-like".
It is unsuitable for mounting tubeless tyres, which is what I actually bought it for.

You can blow a little via the low-pressure hose, but it's probably not enough for your purpose.
