Answer

This device can only be used to determine the driest or wettest point. Iron in the concrete also strongly falsifies the measured value. If you need precise values, use this device to find the wettest spot. Then take a sample (tip out 50 g) and immediately determine the exact moisture using the CM method (every floor layer has a measuring device).

I'm afraid I can't answer that - we used it to measure an ancient quarry stone wall in need of renovation and got values over >90.... Sorry!
