For thorough surface preparation of heavily soiled ceilings and walls caused by nicotine and greasy soot, exterior facades soiled by sulphur dioxide and heating oil in particular must be thoroughly cleaned. S-E-1 is also suitable for removing wax from wall surfaces and can be used in airless devices. There is no need for special insulation. The colour is fully opaque. Application: The blue S-E-1 powder is simply dissolved in water and applied to the surface to be treated with a brush or sponge. Allow to soak in and rinse with clear water. When removing wax from wall surfaces, dissolve in hot water and apply with a fleece, leave to soak in and rinse thoroughly with clear hot water. Areas of application: Makes all old substrates (synthetic resin coatings, oil paints, oil paints, binders, emulsion paints) clean, non-slip, matt and stable for new coats by saponifying the surface, even if the substrates have been treated with silicone-based products.

Application instructions: Fluida should not be applied in direct sunlight or at excessively high or low temperatures. Apply Fluida generously and allow to react for 4 to 12 hours until the paint layer has swollen and can be removed with a spatula or scraper. Post-treatment: After removing the layers of paint, wash with cleaning thinner or, if the substrate allows, clean with water, ammonia water or SE-1 caustic powder.
