1. Knuchel Durovite
Durovit is a water-dilutable, silk-matt acrylic dispersion paint with the highest degree of whiteness. It is the quality product among the interior dispersions thanks to its high resistance to washing and abrasion (over 15,000 strokes), hiding power (in many cases one coat is sufficient) and coverage (low specific weight). Durovit is pleasantly easy to process without leaving any build-up, has a low odour and hardly splashes when rolled. Durovit coatings are characterised by low sensitivity to dirt, high adhesive strength and alkali resistance. The coatings remain breathable, lightfast (no dark or light yellowing), age-resistant and elastic. Area of application: As wall and ceiling paint indoors for new buildings as well as in the renovation sector. Suitable on all mineral surfaces such as cement-, lime- or synthetic plasters, masonry, exposed concrete, gypsum, Eternit as well as wood, wallpaper, styrofoam etc. Pre-treatment: The substrate must be clean, dry and load-bearing. Consolidate absorbent or sandy surfaces with Tiefengrund for the time being. Wash off old lime and Blanc Fix coats as thoroughly as possible and fix with Tiefengrund. Freshly applied synthetic, silicone or mineral plasters must be thoroughly dry before painting over, otherwise tension cracks may occur. Do not apply at temperatures below 8°C. Cleaning: Clean tools immediately with water. Dried paint can only be removed with cleaning thinner or brush cleaner.
2. Knuchel Durostar acrylic 5kg, matt natural white
Durostar is an affordable, matte acrylic interior dispersion paint. It is easy to apply without streaks, has low odor, is free from solvents and ammonia, covers well, and hardly splatters when rolled. Durostar coatings are characterized by good washability, excellent opacity and adhesion, as well as alkali resistance. The coatings remain breathable and lightfast, without darkening or yellowing. 5. Knuchel Durosat exterior dispersion
Durosat is a water-dilutable, lightly silky gloss pure acrylic emulsion paint with a latex effect. High-quality acrylic binders, pigments, and fillers make Durosat a professional product based on years of experience. Durosat coatings are characterized by low sensitivity to dirt, high abrasion resistance (well over 30,000 brush strokes), and alkalinity resistance. The coatings remain breathable, lightfast, and age-resistant (crack-free) due to their high elasticity. Durosat is easy to apply and is economical in use thanks to its high opacity and hiding power.
It can be used as a facade paint or as a durable interior paint for the highest demands. Durosat is suitable for all mineral surfaces in new constructions and renovations, including cement, lime, or synthetic resin plasters, masonry, exposed concrete, gypsum, Eternit, wood, wallpaper, and polystyrene.
The substrate must be clean, dry, and load-bearing. Untreated substrates should first be consolidated with a primer. Old coatings must be cleaned and checked for adhesion. Do not apply at temperatures below 8 °C.

6. Knuchel BRICAZINC Zinc Dust Paint
BRICAZINC is a high-percentage, weatherproof zinc dust paint and provides lasting long-term protection against rust and corrosion. A compact film of 92 % zinc and 7.5 % epoxy ester resin and additives is produced with one application. The excellent protection of BRICAZINC zinc dust paint is based on the electrochemical process in which the iron and the less noble metal (zinc) form a cathodic protection, which prevents the substrate from rusting even in case of mechanical damage. BRICAZINC offers high heat resistance (300°C), underwater suitability and effective protection in humid atmospheres.
Field of application
For sandblasted iron and steel such as metal constructions, bridges, vehicle bodies, as spot welding paint or as underwater coating.
Processing
The substrate must be clean, dry and free of rust and grease. Sand-blasted surfaces (SA 2 1/2) are the best guarantee for a good durability of the coating. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.
Coating structure
1 x BRICAZINC zinc dust paint Can be painted over with all systems such as synthetic resin or nitro paints as well as 2-component paints. Due to the high zinc content, BRICAZINC requires an appropriate intermediate primer for most systems.
