The device is used for comparative measurement of the moisture content of wood materials. The measured value is shown directly on the LC display. The direct value display in percent facilitates reading. Thus, the degree of moisture can be checked comparatively over a certain period of time. The measurement is carried out via two insertion probes which are inserted into the material to be measured. The insertion probes can be changed after a high degree of wear.
