In our assortment we have various electric saws of the brands Bosch, Bosch Professional, Einhell, Makita, Proxxon and others.

A scroll saw is the motorized version of a fretsaw. It is used for fine cutting
in wood, metal and plastic processing. The saw blade is either a standard fret saw blade or special scroll saw blades. To use the fretsaw blades without a locking pin, a special adapter is sometimes necessary, which is included in the delivery or can be purchased separately. Depending on the model, the saw offers devices for the removal of the sawdust by means of a blowing device and/or a vacuum cleaner to be flanged on. On more sophisticated models, stroke length and stroke frequency can be adjusted. Some scroll saws have a tiltable saw table for mitre cuts or chamfers. Integrated lighting makes work easier on some models. Scroll saws are often used in the woodworking trade to saw veneers for inlays or to cut the slots for steel strip lines in multilayer wood. These steel rule dies are used in thermoforming to punch out foil parts. In the industrial production of steel rule dies, this type of wood slot production has been largely replaced by laser cutting. In the hobby sector, do-it-yourselfers use it for fretwork or other fine sawing work.

A band saw is a machine tool whose tool consists of a band saw blade welded together to form a closed ring. Band saws are mainly used stationary, but there are also electric hand saws. Another form of band sawing is sawing with a diamond-coated band. This enables cutting surfaces that are ground smooth. This sawing technique is particularly suitable for cutting graphite, catalysts, GRP, plastinates, sample preparations and glass. The band saw blade, which is available in all common tooth systems and setups, is guided by two wheels. This enables an endless, uninterrupted cut. Band saws are used for sawing wood, metal, plastic, textiles, leather or aerated concrete, but in most cases wood is cut with them. Both straight and curved cuts are possible with a band saw. With auxiliary devices it is even possible to make circular cuts. A distinction is made between vertical and horizontal band saws. This refers to the position of the saw band. Horizontal band saws are mostly used for cutting bar material (steel, other metals). The band saw blade is located on a folding bow, the cutting pressure is controlled by a hydraulic damper. Vertical band saws, on the other hand, are used more for cuts from the surface.
