The spring compressor set includes interchangeable spring plates. It is a professional tool set designed for replacing the front and rear springs found in most vehicles equipped with MacPherson struts. It should not be used with an impact wrench, but only with a hand ratchet. Disassembling MacPherson struts requires extreme force, which can prove to be a risky endeavor. This tool set significantly reduces the risk of accidents. The coil spring compressors are manufactured under very strict quality control and can withstand extremely high loads. The set features interchangeable, bolt-secured spring plates suitable for conical springs. The spring plates with safety edges lock the spring in place during compression. The delivery includes three sets of spring plates (two of each size), one spring compressor, and one adjustment block. The tool set is supplied in a blow-molded case.
