2-DIN with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, DAB+

The X-522 is a 2-DIN DAB+ infotainer that not only offers the latest entertainment features but also enables convenient and safe smartphone use in the car. Through the USB port on the front of the device, you can directly dock your phone to the X-522 - the XZENT supports both Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. Making calls, navigating, sending and receiving messages, or listening to music - all supported functions can be easily controlled via Siri voice control, the Google Assistant, or through the large display of the X-522.

Thanks to the simple, intuitive user interface with apps specifically designed for vehicle use, distraction while driving is minimized. The large touch-sensitive, capacitive 17.1 cm / 6.75-inch display impresses with its high brightness, clarity, and brilliance, and can be safely and intuitively operated at any time thanks to the ergonomic user interface. For the sake of screen size, the most important function elements of the X-522 are reduced to a button bar. The X-522 is a state-of-the-art entertainer that impresses with its variety of functions.

The integrated DAB+ tuner ensures clear digital radio reception but also scores with features: Comfort-Scan, MOT Slideshow, DLS text, as well as DAB and DABFM Service Following are included. In areas where no DAB+ network is available, the powerful FM RDS tuner allows for excellent reception of traditional FM stations. The X-522 plays songs and videos via USB or smartphone: the XZENT has a second USB port on the back of the device, to which you can connect a USB storage medium for audio and video playback.

The modern Bluetooth unit enables comfortable A2DP music streaming as well as stress-free hands-free calling with easy management of phonebook contacts and speed dial menu. For sound optimization, a 4 x 40 watt amplifier is available.
