The FOM 330 BT wireless oil quality measuring device has the same features as the FOM 330-4 oil quality measuring device, but it can do much more. The FOM 330 BT has a measurement data storage for up to 200 measurements, allowing for direct sequential measurements in multiple fryers. The measurements are stored and can then be transferred to a PC all at once – no more manual recording required! Unlike the standard device, the FOM 330 BT is equipped with a battery that can be charged either via a USB-C interface or wirelessly. For the latter, a device that meets the QI standard is required. Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, the device can wirelessly transmit data to an app on a mobile device. From there, the measurement data is typically forwarded to cloud-based HACCP software, where it is stored and analyzed.
