This digital inverter welding machine operates with and without gas, making it perfect for electrode, gas metal arc, and flux-cored welding. In MIG welding, a wire electrode is melted by an arc. Externally supplied shielding gas (inert gas) protects the liquid weld from oxidation. In TIG welding, inert gas is also used, with a tungsten electrode generating the arc. In flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), no external shielding gas is used; instead, a protective gas shield is created when the flux-filled wire electrode melts, protecting the weld seam from the atmosphere. Manual metal arc welding (MMA) also functions without external gas, using a coated stick electrode. When the coating of the electrode melts, the necessary shielding gases are produced. The choice of welding process primarily depends on the material and sheet thickness (1-5 mm). The synergistic welding machine is equipped with a convenient rotary knob for setting the appropriate welding current (30-120 A), although parameters can also be adjusted manually. The wire feeder is suitable for welding wire with a diameter of 0.8 to 0.9 mm (max. 5 kg). The electrode holder can accommodate stick electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 2.5 mm. Modern IGBT technology ensures high performance and an effective duty cycle of 35%. The "Hot Start" and "Arc Force" functions facilitate MMA welding by igniting and stabilizing the arc. For safety, the device is equipped with overheating and overload protection. Weighing just 5 kg, the welding machine is easy to transport thanks to its carrying handle, enhancing flexibility and mobility for accessing hard-to-reach joints.
