This digital inverter welding machine operates with and without gas, making it perfect for electrode, metal inert gas (MIG), and flux-cored wire welding. In MIG welding, a wire electrode is melted by an arc. Externally supplied shielding gas (inert gas) protects the molten weld from oxidation. In TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, inert gas is also used, with a tungsten electrode generating the arc. Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) does not use external shielding gas; instead, a protective gas envelope forms when the flux-filled wire electrode melts, shielding the weld from the atmosphere. Manual metal arc welding (MMA) also operates without external gas, using a coated stick electrode. When the coating of the electrode melts, the necessary shielding gases are produced. The choice of welding method primarily depends on the material and sheet thickness (1-5 mm). To adjust the appropriate welding current (30-120 A), the synergistic welding machine is equipped with a convenient rotary knob, although parameters can also be manually adjusted. The wire feeder is suitable for welding wire of 0.8 to 0.9 mm (max. 5 kg). The electrode holder can accommodate stick electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 2.5 mm. Modern IGBT technology ensures high performance and an effective duty cycle of 35%. The "Hot Start" and "Arc Force" functions facilitate MMA welding by igniting and stabilizing the arc. For safety, the device is equipped with overheating and overload protection. Weighing only 5 kg, the welding machine is easy to transport thanks to its carrying handle, enhancing flexibility and mobility, allowing access to hard-to-reach joints.
