A leveling system is the optimal solution for laying tiles evenly and avoiding unevenness. The XPOtool Tile Leveling System Set includes corresponding pull tabs, mounting wedges, and a leveling pliers.

First, the pull tabs are placed in the joint. Once the adjacent tile has been laid, the wedges are pushed through the tabs until both tiles reach the same height level.

After the tile adhesive has cured, the wedges can be pulled out of the tabs and are reusable. The pull tabs, on the other hand, have predetermined breaking points where the visible part of the tab can be snapped off. The lower part remains between the laid tiles, making it invisible after grouting.

The width of a joint depends on the material thickness of the pull tab. For example, a tab with a thickness of 1.0 mm creates a joint that is also 1.0 mm wide. To allow for larger areas to be tiled, the XPOtool Tile Leveling System Set includes sufficient pull tabs. The tabs are suitable for tiles with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 12 mm.

The XPOtool Tile Leveling System Set is completed with a tile leveling pliers. This tool is used when the tile wedges need to be pushed through the pull tabs. With the help of the pliers, the wedges can be pressed into the pull tab with even pressure. Additionally, the pliers feature an adjustment screw on the handle, which allows for setting the pressing depth of the wedge.
