A spring compressor is used to install or remove suspension springs on the front or rear axle. It can also be used for lowering the vehicle.
This XPOtool spring compressor set includes two spring compressors, each made of a C45 carbon steel threaded spindle and two stamped clamping heads. The compressors can be operated with a ratchet, a wrench, or an impact wrench. For optimal grip, the four claws on the clamping jaws ensure that the spring does not slip or come loose.
The spindles of the spring compressors each have a length of 340 mm, and with the double-sided ½" square drive, the item measures 370 mm in length.
