XPOtool Mobile sandblasting unit

This mobile sandblasting machine from XPOtool is perfect for cleaning facades, treating body parts, removing rust and paint residues, and much more. The sandblaster is particularly well-suited for larger and more time-consuming sandblasting projects. With a capacity of 38 liters, it can operate for several hours without needing to refill the blasting medium. The device is suitable for dry abrasives, such as mixed corundum, silicon, or quartz sand. If the blasting sand is too moist, it can lead to blockages in the system. For this reason, the sandblaster is equipped with a water separator filter. After filling the blasting medium, the sandblasting machine is connected to a compressor (air requirement: 350-600 l/h). The vacuum draws the sand from the tank into the sandblasting gun. With the help of the four included nozzles (2-3.5 mm), the abrasive supply can be adjusted to the specific task at hand. The 2.5 m long sand hose provides the necessary freedom of movement. Thanks to the smooth-running wheels, steering rods, and a lightweight of 20 kg, the mobile sandblaster can also be easily transported. A pressure gauge for pressure monitoring and a safety valve ensure smooth operation. To protect the face from flying sand, a protective hood with a viewing window is included. This makes the mobile sandblasting machine an ideal piece of equipment for large-scale cleaning tasks and surface treatments.
