XPOtool Bending device

With the bending machine from XPOtool, flat and round steel as well as flat and round materials made of aluminum, copper, or brass can be bent. The bending machine comes with four different circular form pieces or rollers, which have diameters of 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, and 40 mm. These can be selected according to the specific bending project. Combined with the plug-in shafts, workpieces can be bent into semicircles, full circles, and arc shapes. Additionally, there is the option to create rectangular workpieces with the bending machine. For this purpose, the machine is supplied with a short and a long angle piece. When one of these angle pieces is used with a flat steel sheet, angles can be produced at the desired bending degree. The bending machine is suitable for flat steel with a maximum material thickness of approximately 2 mm and a maximum material height of approximately 30 mm.
