Workpiece clamps and fixtures

Nothing slips or jerks: Workpiece clamping devices hold objects firmly in their designated places, allowing for precise processing. The German Institute for Standardization offers a large number of standards for specific workpiece clamps and devices, the most important of which are compiled in this DIN handbook. Since the previous edition in 2011, several of the included documents have been revised; new standards have been added. Thus, the DIN Handbook 151 includes five revised standards among the over fifty documents, as well as the new DIN EN ISO 18388 concerning shapes and dimensions of cutouts.

The 6th edition of the DIN Handbook 151 aims to provide practitioners in various fields with a valuable working tool where specifications and requirements can be referenced. The scope of the documents ranges from quality regulations to safety specifications, testing procedures, product documentation, and much more.
