The powerful screw clamp with a clamping force of 400 kg is ideal for timber and furniture construction projects, e.g. erecting a carport. It is equipped with a robust hollow profile rail and is therefore designed for use with high torsional forces. The movable pressure plate transfers the force to the workpiece at the ideal angle. The rubberised protective caps on the clamping jaw and the pressure plate make this particularly gentle on the workpiece. The protective caps can be removed if required. The ribbed face of the rail ensures non-slip, controlled guidance of the movable clamping arm while you adjust the clamping width. This offers you a throat depth of 120 mm. Both clamping arms are made of high-quality malleable cast iron for reliable use with high clamping forces and a long service life. The ergonomic 2-component handle with soft zone and textured surface allows you to operate the screw clamp safely and comfortably. The galvanised spindle with trapezoidal thread allows you to clamp your workpiece powerfully in no time at all. If required, you can place it horizontally or vertically on the base of the fixed clamping arm or the support surfaces on the end faces when clamped.
